Milling Time Calculator

Mockmill is the only maker in our table that publishes a milling rate in grams per minute, so this tool covers those models.
What the rate means
Mockmill states about 100 g per minute for the Mockmill 100 and about 200 g per minute for the Mockmill 200, both measured on soft wheat. Most bread recipes use hard wheat, and a finer setting slows any stone mill, so plan for the result as a minimum.
A typical loaf with 500 g of flour takes about five minutes on a 100 g per minute mill. That matters if you bake one loaf at a time. It matters more if you bake for a crowd, because the hopper on both mills holds 1,100 g of wheat.
NutriMill's pages give batch sizes instead of a rate, so we cannot make a fair time comparison with its mills.
